Ventajas

There are no pros at all

Desventajas

Poor pay, no progression even when you try, no encouragement, toxic, old mentality, ran by dinosaurs, not open to change or new ideas, poor parking, get called up for leaving when they stop paying you, lack empathy - it really doesn’t feel human working there, you feel like a cog in a machine and that your life is on pause whilst you’re there. The list is endless. Working here was the unhappiest time of my life. So glad I got out.

Ventajas

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

Desventajas

Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
