Ventajas

the staff are very approachable and friendly, the days tend to go really fast. and overtime is double pay with really achievable targets. and dress down fridays are a great incentive

Desventajas

Sometimes when its a busy day and the queue is rather busy , customers can become quite stressed, because they are advised to make changes online or on portal and sometimes they cant.

Ventajas

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

Desventajas

Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
