Ventajas

Beth and all of the trainers at one call have been extremely helpful throughout the duration of our training. If we ever needed anything, had any questions or wanted to recap something, Beth was always more than happy to help. Everyone made us feel welcome and supported from the moment we walked through the door on day one! Beth in particular has been amazing with the training provided, ensuring we understood everything as we went along and explained everything completely.

Desventajas

Overall, I don't think there are many cons at all with the training provided however, for some people, the step up from mock calls to actual calls (both inbound and outbound) can be quite daunting as the shift in responsibility changes very quickly.

Ventajas

Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

Desventajas

Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
