Avoid this position and company unless you enjoy working 200% full-time hours almost constantly as a result of astonishing levels of incompetence at a area and state level. If that somehow sounds good, expect to work a rotating roster that never ends, random weekends, randomly needing to stay 12 or more hours because you're told NOT to replace sick team members as its saves on wages to simply have their salary team endlessly cover and put in more and more work until they either resign or have a mental breakdown, at which point you will only be ignored and mocked, again due to the incredible uselessness and out of touch area and state managers.
