Ventajas
Odesus is fun place to work where you are continually challenged while being professionally supported, where you can work with tenured professionals in a team-oriented environment. There is a work-equals-reward incentive structure which is equitable and without the cut-throat mentality found at many of the larger corporate agencies. It is team that likes to win and is quite driven, but also realizes this business is a marathon, not a sprint. You are provided with a competitive toolkit or recruiting resources and they have a well-defined internal process. Provided parking, free coffee/espresso and stocked snack bar in the break room are nice perks.
Desventajas
The work load is expected for the current high-demand Los Angeles tech market, which is pretty high. You can be asked to work on a few non-technical positions from time-to-time, sometimes in F&A or administrative, but usually there is at least some overlap with traditional tech roles. Adequate technology hardware, VOIP, and internet, but could be better.
