      Ventajas

      Brilliant technology and innovation at the companies core

      Desventajas

      Sales and marketing suicide to work here. Insane attrition across sales and marketing departments for years. Extremely erratic management all driven from the CEO that will never change while he is running the business. All positive reviews here are encouraged and forced via management. Speak to three former sales and marketing employees before joining.

      Ventajas

      In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.
