It's a growing company and you may have to take on more challenges than your peers in other companies, but you will gain more experience, take on more new projects, and develop more new skills than they may have the opportunity to do. * Events are put on (small and large) to encourage community-building and to make people look forward to coming into the office/interacting with their coworkers.

* Again, it's hard work. If you don't take care of yourself or enforce your boundaries you can get burnt out. Depending on where you're at in life, this may be a deal-breaker for you. * Higher turnover than what you would want to see. It seems like the main cause of people leaving is finding a fully remote job or one closer to where they live if they're not in DC. But it does create a weird vibe
