Ventajas
I personally get a lot of inputs and support from the leadership team, personally i would say if you want to try anything positive out of your own past experience or try something new which can benefit the organisation, this is the right place to work, because here you get to live your passion, live your dream, i am working last 2.5yrs and i dont see a day where i could not work my passion....very few organisation allow you to do something constructive...i would say..if you work with ownership this company would give you what you want....
Desventajas
i have not faced anything yet to share negative per say, but yes i would say that every employment is a package of good and bad days and an individual like me who have really seen 14yrs of working would say...it is still much much better...to work for O2SPA then to work for any public limited company where everything is robotic
