- impressing and unique projects to work on - an international, motivated and very smart team - great place for Grad, Intermediate and Senior engineers or detailers to learn & develop professional skills up to a certain level. - positive, professional and friendly attitude of managers and staff in the UK & abroad. - inspirational attitude of MD, Sales Director and Engineering Managers.
Desventajas
- professional development opportunities are limited among technical staff - product/method development is very very minimal for a while and that is predominantly concentrated in the US or in Germany. - career progression is very limited, only available to the inner circle. - resource management could be significantly improved, there are plenty of resources and enthusiasm available. - too many changes/ re-organisation of business / company structure, e.g. two-three times a year (pre-Covid & since). Likely to be a show-off to impress the shareholders, it rather leads to complications and slower delivery. Strategic decisions affecting the Technical section were often made without consultation, without assessing resources or understanding capacities, skills and potentials of the teams/sections.
