Chaotic, no defined structure and roles. Company is spending money on unecessary things and has no control over its expenses. No work-life balance despite being a Swedish company (quite common receiving emails and messages in the middle of the night and on weekends). Bad culture, people do whatever they want and no one care about the consequences. There’s no registration of root causes, so the issues are happening more than one time and the circle never ends. Job description does not match with the current role and they simply change the responsabilities without asking before and even saying before, you simply need to accept. Engineering staff is doing the work of technicians. Environment of working is terrible, it does not have offices and desks for everybody - if you want to sit, you need to arrive very early. If you are planning to leave your country and/or your current work thinking that it is a good opportunity to grow in your career and develop your skills, please don’t do that - especially if you depend on a work permit. Apparently the marketing department is the best, because they can create this sense of desiring to be part of the transformation, but the reality is very different and frustrating. As an example, the trash is not sorted in Ett factory - and the company talks a lot about sustainability. The mindset is still as a start up and the management don’t change it to a big company mindset.
