The ability to grow and advance. I started at North Point 6 years ago and have been promoted, received unexpected bonuses, and have steadily increased my pay. It has been great being involved in a growing company that actually listens to my ideas and input. I have worked at several other companies who do not care about their employees and customers. North Point goes out of its way to work on a team environment where everyone helps each other. For a growing company you never see that.

It can be difficult when other employees don't work as part of the team and only care about themselves. The company has had to let go of a few employees because they would try and pass off their work to others and then blame their team members when the work was not done. That created a tough team environment. I do give the Owner and Controller credit as they listened to the other employees and were willing to get rid of the few employees who were not pulling their weight and blaming it on everyone else.
