The new management structure is ignorant, unskilled and completely unfit to run any company. This used to be a center of technical excellence but now is all about smoke and mirrors, employee burnout and a case of employing new people, extracting the value after promising them the earth, then firing them without any respect to their rights and entitlements. Bullying is rife and this is a high pressure alpha male dominated environment. Only the few at the top who are incapable of adding any value or skill seem to be rewarded for stretching reality and the companies capabilities, whilst everyone else is seen as an expendible resource just there to provide the senior management with bigger bonus payment, whilst barely giving them a token cost of living increase,
