Ventajas

Employer partners won because they received a steady stream of qualified, well-trained staff; students won because they received high quality training and job placement services at top-tier long-term care facilities; and employees won because they helped to solve the hiring demands within healthcare AND helped people find meaningful work and facilitated the training. This work directly impacted the lives of so many people, and nearly everyone at the company wanted what was best for those interested in NextStep.

Desventajas

At a startup, work and improvements happen simultaneously, and NextStep was no different. With so many talented people, there were some missed opportunities to allow these bright minds to help steer the company in a better direction more quickly, but it was a worthwhile experience nonetheless.
