No Job Growth. Employee Handbook states yearly performance reviews. Some people have been waiting years for one. Every decision needs to go through CEO. Literally every single one. He can change his mind multiple times over the course of a week (or even day.) Many projects are completed last minute, making mistakes more likely to occur. Not willing to make investments where needed. Some departments seem to be out for themselves as to not bring down the wrath of the CEO.
