Ventajas
The team atmosphere is excellent; everyone moves forward together towards a common goal with minimal friction. The Parks are quite spacious, and the cafeteria food is delicious, offering the best food and service experience among the companies I've been with.
Desventajas
There are very few formal positions available. Some departments have processes that are overly bureaucratic, leading to low efficiency.
