Great products, Great people including front line and regional teams, Significant opportunities to grow if managed well. Could be a MUCH better place with right leadership. Great culture on paper, There is still hope !
Desventajas
Poor senior leadership does not inspire confidence, Do not get the impression that anyone knows what they are doing. very poor people skills with the exception of a very few at senior levels. Major projects mismanaged and messed up, Lacks accountability and ownership at very senior levels, poor communication, arrogant and out of touch, no one listens, no bottom up feedback mechanism, plans often change with minimum communication, Blames external factors and not themselves, shoots first and then aim later ! all of these issues now hardwired to the culture unfortunately, which affects all good employees and teams across the globe. Very disappointing to say the least.
