Management lacked a clear strategic vision, leading to frequently changing priorities and confusion within the team. While the team members themselves were great, leadership was disconnected and offered little support for career development.

Some projects still run on older versions of the stack as the company gradually renews and modernizes its portfolio. Salaries are somewhat below the top end of the market.
