      Ventajas

      Enjoy going to work every day. Owners are all great to work with and for. Employees are nice, fun and helpful. Very generous benefit package. Positive work environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.

      None - Best company I have worked for.

      Great place to learn and grow. Owners are great guys and care about you. Employees are appreciated and acknowledged for their efforts.

      Desventajas

      Not many, possible commuting issues if you care depending on where you end up working.

      - Hybrid schedule - Engineers are competent

      Desventajas

      - Expect to work more than 40-hours a week to be seen as hard-working through their "RAVE" award - Management could be better... seems out of touch with engineers. - Career growth is very slow, and pay raise only to match inflation rate..
