Untruthfulness company: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Customer Service Representative en Navient

The company is lying to their employees, I worked with them for 10 months for the ACP and LL customer rep role. when they do the hiring process they told us this position is temporary for a year. After the 2 weeks of training they announced us ( the new hired) that now the position is permenant but before we can get any benefit we must have a year of employment. I was good with that until I see that they are still hiring for the position but still post it has temporary for 1 year. Then I know this company doesn't want to provide any benefit to their employees reason why they post the job has a temporary position. The worst thing they start firing the employees that going to have almost a year of employment to prevent giving them some benefits. This a government position and the gov provide a good employment benefits.
