      Ventajas

      Great work-life balance, great talent and work they support and do is very meaningful

      Desventajas

      Compensation was always an issue and people that would lave typically left for a 20% increase in pay. Middle management in my area had ideas they wanted to pursue but lacked the experience in the particular field of work to make the best decisions.

      Great place to work, wonderful environment and people.

      Desventajas

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Ventajas

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Desventajas

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
