Google is where you train yourself in this company. -no incentive for performance as annual bonus is the same across the board and raises are at inflation -slow to move to new technologies -open cubicles, leading to constant distraction and zero privacy -international company that has yet to figure out how to manage and coordinate international branches properly -less than average vacation days to start (2 weeks)
