      Ventajas

      I’ve been a full time employee with NHLS for 8 yrs. Even though my team works hard to move through projects quickly, we still manage to have some fun in the process. In addition to team projects, I often produce work for other departments. No matter who I talk to, I’m always greeted with a smile and a willingness to work together to get the job done. People here take pride in their work and it shows.

      Desventajas

      As with any job, deadlines can mount up. When this happens, I’ve found that staying focused and organized helps keep things running smoothly.

      Ventajas

      Best sales support of any employer I have worked for. I've been with New Horizons (NH Learning Solutions) for several years. The level of support and recognition for the sales force is superior to any I have experienced. Hard work and positive attitudes are appreciated and rewarded. I enjoy getting up and going to work because I know I can make something exciting happen every day. It's that kind of culture.

      Desventajas

      It's not easy but no sales role is. Like every sales position I know of, you reap what you sow. You get out of it what you put into it. I have seen some new sales reps come in and expect to be successful without the effort. They weren't. I have seen far more reps come in with a can-do attitude, put forth the time and effort, and enjoy the financial rewards and the company recognition.
