      Ventajas

      Most exciting and long term ecosystem building project in the world. An amazing destination and where you can engage with different sectors and nationalities.

      Desventajas

      ENOWA : Poor hiring of expats at senior levels with lack of experience and over reliance on passing work and project ideas to consultants. Foreign nationalities dominated and few spoke Arabic. Poor morale for expats and Saudis who are mid level or junior level. Significant above market compensation not linked to experience nor delivery:

      good salary and benefits but....

      Desventajas

      no life, not good management all come for one purpose get some money then go back home not good to stay long ....like 5-star prism that gives you free accommodation and food but you cannot buy anything or go anywhere.. the closet mall is couple hour far and there is no transportation
