There is clear partiality. There is a lot of favoritism from top-level managers. They may fire you at any time while keeping you in the dark until the very end. The worst part is that they manipulate to make you feel like you are not good enough to be trusted or that you lack the necessary skills.

I started my career here and couldn’t have asked for a better foundation. There’s a lot of exposure to real-world problems, and you’re encouraged to take ownership early on. The team is supportive, and I’ve always felt like my contributions mattered, even as a fresher. One of the things I appreciated most was the culture of continuous learning. There’s always someone willing to guide you, and the environment is open and collaborative. You’ll definitely grow if you're proactive and eager to learn. Overall, a great company to begin your journey in tech and build a solid skill set.
