Ventajas
The work is faced paced and interesting. I worked as an IT person for ten years. The business experiences constant change. Desventajas
The management is GE driven. That is to say it is like the "Attack of the Clones". They are all driven to succeed without the necessary talent to back it up. True GE bean counters.
