Ventajas

The technicians all are knowledgeable and working from home have varying levels of work ethic. I appreciate the independence and trust the company has for their employees. The home users can make it difficult being needy or trying take control when they really should leave the fixing to the technician. On the other hand, the culture provides new ways to stay protected and covered in cases of emergency.

Desventajas

Often compared with the Geek Squad and given similar pay which isnt representative of some of the grueling tasks encountered on a daily. There really isnt much room to grow. The supervisors were just time trackers that made sure people were available and motivated. They didnt motivate much.

Ventajas

We are a smaller company which makes us nimble, quick and flexible

Desventajas

Because we are smaller, sometimes we do not have all the systems in place a large corporation would.

Perhaps working remotely but that's about it.

Desventajas

Favoritism for non-technical roles, poor management, no growth opportunities, very toxic culture, virtually no benefits and very low pay.
