Ventajas

Casual dress code, might be able to pick your own schedule.

Desventajas

Company does a poor job of bringing in new leads. Main source of leads is the phone book. Majority of people who call in are Senior Citizens who are on a fixed income and can't afford the service because it is over priced. Expected to make 100 outbound calls a day but chances of making sales on outbound calls are very slim. CEO of the company will check the sales board several times a day to see how many sales the department is at. Will say a smart remark if you are having a slow day. Small company with no room for growth. Will also be handling many customer service calls, transferring calls to different departments. Lots of overturn, four sales reps were fired and one quit during the time I was there.

Ventajas

We are a smaller company which makes us nimble, quick and flexible

Desventajas

Because we are smaller, sometimes we do not have all the systems in place a large corporation would.

Ventajas

Perhaps working remotely but that's about it.

Desventajas

Favoritism for non-technical roles, poor management, no growth opportunities, very toxic culture, virtually no benefits and very low pay.
