The instructorsprathikis knowledgeable and helpful in delivery and Support of the class information and he is readily available for questions and feedback He is Friendly, encouraging and expedient inhis responses whenever I had any questions, concerns or needs. His technical skills were above and beyond the expectation I had. Autocad Electrical can be a difficult program to learn in general but prathik experience and teaching capabilities made it comfortable. Training advisor Amit and Shivali are the best and always availabl.Both quick and proper response for allmy doubts regarding course material, payment andcourse timing. Regarding MVA I was hesitant of having an onlie training course, but the Autocad Electrical course I have had with MVA training Online cleared away all my hesitation and am extremely satisfied with this experience. I highly recommend Multisoft virtual Academy
