Ventajas

The good news is, as your experience grows – so do your creative challenges. The big picture or “end goal” of each project can make all the tiresome processes worth it. You’ll also get a chance to flex your critical thinking or problem-solving skills, as you craft new methods or techniques to streamline the project lifecycle (and in turn, alleviate the more tedious tasks).

Desventajas

Web development tasks can often be done independently and effectively completed in a silo. This fortunately comes with plenty of freedom and autonomy – though the experience may feel isolating from time to time. Additionally, with working from home becoming the “new norm”, these feelings may be all the more amplified.

No Increment reason given as market condition even if that is not the case they'll say you need to upskill based on there parameters. Performance is rarely considered for Increment. They May fire you without Notice citing Layoffs due to Market Conditions if that is not the case your manager may bring up a Old issue and try to Pin Fault's on you, or Find mistakes in your work. Few Managers are not good and might school and scold/shame you infront of peers. No guarantee for your job security. HR will ask you to add positive reviews after joining on glassdoor related to interview process and general.
