Ventajas
The team is full of great people to work with, especially if you're a musician or part of a worship team. Work time is pretty flexible, they trust people to come and go so long as they work their 8 hours. It's a good place to start your career if you're fresh out of college or looking for something new.
Desventajas
There's not much room to move "up" per-se. They might create a new role with added responsibilities and a small pay raise, if that. The pay is pretty low considering it's just outside of Austin. WFH days are very limited, they prefer people in office if you live in the Austin area. We're supposed to have monthly one-on-ones which were often rescheduled or put off altogether. All that being said, it was a good place to get started but you might outgrow it in a year or so.
