Ventajas

The title explains it well, the pay is well above average for Spain and the benefits are amazing such as 5000€ to spend in your education and wellbeing reimbursement. Moreover, the working environment is very friendly and incredibly stimulating. The tough part is the job itself, not for the amount of hours which is actually pretty normal (you won't work until night) but the hours you work are intense and it's tough to disconnect when you have a monthly target. Overall though, highly recommended.

Desventajas

As mentioned the only "disadvantage" is that the job is demanding, not in terms of total hours you work everyday but in terms of intensity and the pressure you might feeling working against monthly targets.

Ventajas

If you have great Core AEs, you get to do the fun part of sales which is selling. The product is good and we are constantly evolving our product. Salesforce install base and name recognition helps get you a lot of at bats.

Desventajas

SMB culture can be draining. There is less emphasis on being a strategic product expert and more on volume based selling. This may be where the business needs to go, but logging every minute of your day, being a great co prime, and functioning as a BDR is tough. There are also a lot of stellar performers and others on the exact same team who may have closed nothing.
