Due to pressure placed on you by upper management, people often take shortcuts to get what they want. Which means unethical behavior is quite common. Tribal and survivor mindset breeds contempt and negligent behavior. And you will often find that people lose their humanity here. The level of mental gymnastics people will go to convince themselves that they are good is astonishing.
