Lack of communication. Outdated computers. Bad pay. Micromanaged beyond belief. Nobody knows what’s happening in the company ever from higher ups. Way too stuck in their ways, mostly from owner.

Camaraderie with colleagues and overall positive positive work experience and collaboration

Absolutely no opportunities to move up in the company, where you start will be your position when you leave. CEO refuses to update/fix computer issues. It horribly effect the ability to work. Most computers are over or at 10 years old. Management makes excuses for poor decision making, micromanages, and has constant workshops for unimportant details. Pay is drastically behind, and yearly raises are barely in line with inflation and only when requested repeatedly.
