Head of retail is unrealistic and she has no understanding of what the day to day in an actual store setting is like.
Be prepared to be put on a PIP if you fail to meet a sales goal.
The company tends to host events in stores to TRY to get clients to come in and shop. These events almost always led to a loss of money for the company as clients did not really respond to these.
No career growth, don't expect a promotion.
