Ventajas

Without question, the Mobee culture is the best that I have ever experienced. A real solid company where every employee matters.

Desventajas

Its hard to come up with something, but sometimes its hard to find a place to make a private phone call.

Ventajas

The people here are the best. I'm lucky enough to be able to say that there's no one here who I couldn't grab a beer and have a good conversation with after work. It's nice to feel a real passion for the products that you're working on and everyone at Mobee has that passion, making for a great work environment. In additional to the people, there are a ton of growth opportunities. Since I joined I've seen many people move into new roles and take on new responsibility. Overall, the culture is work hard play hard. We put our heads down when it's time to work, but also enjoy Beer Fridays. No vacation policy and great health benefits. Last, but not least, the products are great to work on. Clients and users from all over the US love the Mobee offering. The team works great together in identifying new product updates, brainstorming solutions, and implementing them.

Desventajas

As with any startup, there are bumps in the road. Product bugs happen, but the team works to fix them as soon as possible. The open office culture can also be distracting if people are on calls or having separate conversations, but for the most part that is not an issue.
