Ventajas
All companies have good and bad points. I have worked at MNC before where there was lot of negative and positive as well. At microverse good point is - for good performers there is big growth and big slaries. Not good performers dont like this and they get average salaries. Pay is very much above industry average. work is challenging and deep learning. New joiners take care of full client site within weeks. Very dedicated team and hard working. Advice for managing work time taken well by mangement and after project delivery normal work timings are resumed.
Desventajas
Same points of Pros can be for Cons when in excess. Challenging work during end of the year. All departments dont perform together as required or some dont keep timelines which is promised, which affects other departments performance. Strong mid-level managers needed which can take responsibility. Shop-floor management is not effective sometimes. More office facilities needed along with employee welfare and benefits. Employees should be able to decide tasks and timelines directly.
