I have only been with Microtech for about a month, but my experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, it was clear that this is a highly organized and well-run company that genuinely invests in setting employees up for success.
The entire process, from recruitment (which was truly exceptional), to HR onboarding, equipment distribution, and seamless remote setup, has been smooth and impressively efficient. Every step felt intentional and well-coordinated.
What stands out most is how thoughtful the organization is toward new employees. The training programs are structured, thorough, and supportive without being overwhelming. Senior leadership has also been generous with their time and consistently respectful of individual skill sets, which creates a strong sense of value and inclusion early on.
