Ventajas

Excellent product which is technically sound and extremely robust. Pretty solid benefits Product sells into a fairly high-demand market

Desventajas

MicroStrategy is not the leader in the space. They are normally not the incumbent meaning that in a sales position, you are responsible for unseating the major incumbent which is ridiculously challenging and lacks a solid business case for a return on investment. The company is very poorly run with a very top-down management style. For a sales role, I would never consider going there again. There is more, but that is the bottom line.

Ventajas

Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

Desventajas

No management level issues at least in my team.

Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure

Desventajas

Product is failing and little to no new deals coming in
