Incredibly low wages because they can hire the least-trained people and work them until they break. High turn over. Promises broken. Management team and Team leaders asked for opinions, but ultimately all decisions made by CEO who re-orgs whenever there are issues instead of taking the opportunity to teach, and learn from mistakes.
