Ventajas

Learned some interesting stuff about customers

Desventajas

Mixed instruction from manager, abrupt critisicm, poor communication, passive aggressive tone, expected to take influx back to back calls, scolded for taking time to add humanness to interaction, expected to be robotic and follow script, negative view of customers from coworkers, talking badly about customers in group chat with entire team and making negative jokes, manager always seemed overworked, stressed, angry, under pressure, barely had time to breathe in between calls, abrupt call from HR about not following script to a T. Put a lot of effort into having positive interaction with customers, solve their problems and rarely had issues with customers. Managers cared less about that and more about following script.

Ventajas

They are very responsive to any questions I have and are good about following up with me. They keep in contact with me throughout my project and are pleasant to work with. Their client's site is a good fit for me and I hope to work with them again after this current contract finishes.

Desventajas

No negative criticisms at this time.
