Office environment was poisonous, corrosive and degrading. Micro-management is the norm. The management style thrives on intimidation. Bullying and demeaning comments from the management are at levels I've never seen at any other time in my career. There are clear management clicks. If you not in the click, then you're out the door. Expectation is to work long hours, including both early mornings and late evenings as a norm. Work/Life balance is non-existent. There is no training, only expectation of you to know whatever you need to know to be successful.
