Ventajas

Great people and work life balance, benefits are awesome and the culture is good in my region. These jobs boil down to your manager and your next opportunity.

Desventajas

Opportunity outside of corporate is low. If you want to be in field sales you will be fine, but you are at the mercy of the quality of your current manager. If you want to get promoted you have to wait for someone to die and be ready. The pharma side is very metrics and robot like. The Vaccine side is moving there but has a better overall culture.

End of the year shutdown which includes paid time off

The con for me at the time was that I had to relocate which wasn’t possible

I appreciated the company's commitment to innovation, professional growth, and serving patients through scientific advancement.

Desventajas

Like many large organizations, priorities and organizational structures evolved over time, which occasionally created uncertainty and changes in responsibilities. Decision-making processes could sometimes be complex due to the size of the organization, and navigating multiple layers of stakeholders occasionally impacted speed and execution.
