Ventajas
Mercer has a good brand, clients and employees. It's also a good place to launch a career.
Desventajas
Career development is not a priority. For a company that advises companies on human capital issues, Mercer does a fairly poor job of managing its own human capital, either through professional development, compensation, training, etc. The culture is not unique or particularly good: one could find a very similar experience at any other consultancy.
