This practice brings the product/eng/marketing teams in alignment with the user base and seems to correlate to great product market fit based on user feedback. Desventajas
The self-serve, Notion heavy, onboarding method can be a bit overwhelming if you're more accustomed to an in-person hiring class style of integration to a team. The onboarding program is always being evaluated so this looks to be improving rapidly.
