Ventajas
Firstly don't get fooled by some reviews and the 3.4 ratings that you see in glasdoor for this company. With true concerns for aspiring engineers and employees who wish to join this company, I write this review. Pros:(To be true, only 1 that I can think of) 1) Freshers joining here can get direct exposure to clients which is difficult in big MNCs
Desventajas
1)They hire you and then they fire you 2) To get even an hike of 10%,you either have to bootlick your manager or have to be recruited from LIBA(a factual statement and not an over exaggeration) 3) Top management has a bunch of jokers who still believe they are direct competitors to big MNCS like TCS, CTS, Wipro 4) Zero corporate social responsibility 5) While it is a mandate according to new regulations that companies have to provide cabs to women leaving after 8pm, they don't do anything in this regard. 6) Cucumber BDD and Selenium are next gen automation according to them(Seriously?)
