Great company to work for: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Network Engineer en Matrix

Communication is sometimes lacking. No vacation or personal days, no raises. This may be something that I should be communicating/negotiating, but there have been many instances when my contract has been extended and I'm never told about it so I don't get an opportunity to request a raise or some paid vacation time.
