Ventajas
A very good company to start your career in Discrete Circuit designing. You will get ample amount of chance to innovate & contribute your part to the organisation even if you are a fresher. People in same team are helpful. Overall it is good. You can learn many things only when you take initiative otherwise it will be same monotonous. Work life balance is not good. You may have to work even on weekends to meet the deadlines. Over all a highly decent and prestigious organisation to start your career.
Desventajas
People in different teams are not co operative. They do not work together much to solve the hindrance and just try to suppress each other specifically in Security software team.
