Ventajas
Collaborative environment where opinions, thoughts and ideas are always welcomed and respected. Fast paced environemtn where the company is always striving to be at the forefront of mathematics education, always has the student learner at the forefront of its mind and loves to help people, both teachers and students. It's important to me to work for a company that knows that whilst the the bottom line is important, that the purpose of what the product can achieve is just as or more important. Employees get to contribute 1% of their time to personal passion projects.
Desventajas
As the company grows, it is becoming less able to jump in and change things as quickly as we used to. This is something that has been acknowledged and it looks like a return to day 1 mentality will go someways toward addressing this. But it is just a product of getting larger, the larger the ship the slower it turns.
