Calls on off day and off work hours and expect you to do work. Rude and disrespectful. Give unrealistic deadline and squeeze you dry. Toxic culture as the person in charge is the toxic one. She creates an unbearable environment to work in and only foreigners or people with no drive and real capable works there as they are stucked there.
