Ventajas
The office is in a great location with many great restaurants within walking distance. Easy script and sales process, you really do not need much skill to work in a sales role, in fact, they really do not hold people accountable for sales performance. The snacks and drinks provided are a nice touch and there is a ping-pong table. The personal and professional development opportunities are boundless as long as you want them.
Desventajas
They talk a lot about culture and transparency but I am not sure they even know what those terms mean. It is not appropriate for the c-level contributors to be sleeping with the subordinate staff. People on the sales floor are openly bigoted and when called out for being a bigot, fabricate rumors and stories about others. The customer service staff feels suppressed and their ambitions are not supported. They are producing this culture. Transparency is when you have nothing to hide and share information with everyone, and they do that, it is just that the information is either fabricated or presented in a way of sharing or placing blame. In addition, HR does not have the capabilities to treat people with respect or dignity.
